Position Overview

We are hiring a Roller Operator to assist in compaction work on road and infrastructure projects. The role requires precision, safety awareness, and familiarity with heavy equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate roller equipment to compact soil, gravel, asphalt, and other materials.

• Perform pre-operation checks and basic maintenance.

• Ensure proper compaction according to specifications.

• Coordinate with the paving and grading teams.

• Maintain safety and efficiency during operation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Relevant certification or operator’s license.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in road construction.

• Knowledge of compaction techniques and equipment functions.

• Strong focus on safety and teamwork.
