Requirements:
We are seeking a skilled Motor Grader Operator to perform precision grading for road and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong operational skills and an eye for accuracy and safety.
Operate a motor grader to level and smooth surfaces according to project specifications.
Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of equipment.
Follow safety standards and site procedures.
Work closely with site engineers and foremen to achieve grading targets.
Ensure efficiency and accuracy in all grading operations.
Valid equipment operator license or certification.
Minimum 2 years of experience operating graders in construction projects.
Understanding of grading techniques and soil conditions.
