Our client is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to support cooks in food preparation and kitchen operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring that meals are prepared efficiently and to high standards.
Assist the cook in preparing ingredients, plating dishes, and organizing kitchen tools.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and storage areas.
Follow instructions to ensure timely preparation of meals.
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
Support inventory and ingredient organization.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
