Requirements:
Our client is hiring an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with Mongolian labor laws and company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of employee relations, HR documentation, and organizational development practices.
Implement HR policies and maintain accurate documentation in line with company procedures and Mongolian labor laws.
Administer labor relations and address employment-related issues in a fair and consistent manner.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance evaluations.
Support leadership with strategic HR planning and workforce development initiatives.
Foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace culture.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Psychology.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong knowledge of Mongolian labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters confidentially and professionally.
