Requirements:
Our client is seeking a highly qualified Human Resources Director to oversee strategic HR planning, workforce development, and administrative management. The position’s purpose is to create and implement HR policies and strategies that strengthen organizational performance, promote company culture and values, and build a high-performing, sustainable workforce.
Mandatory probationary period with a duration of 3 months. Employment continuation and final salary will be determined at the end of this probationary period.
Develop and implement the company’s human resources strategy and policies; present them for executive approval.
Assess workforce needs, conduct job analysis, and approve new or revised job descriptions.
Manage recruitment, selection, employment contracts, and employee relations.
Establish performance management systems and support professional development initiatives.
Promote corporate culture and employee engagement through participation programs and internal communication.
Oversee employee relations, compliance with labor laws, occupational safety, and health standards.
Lead compensation and benefits planning, salary structure reviews, and labor market benchmarking.
Provide HR advisory support to company management and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Enhance internal capacity and knowledge sharing across departments.
Manage workforce planning, employee retention, and HR information systems.
Monitor HR metrics, KPIs, and reporting processes.
Supervise HR operations at branch or field offices and ensure alignment with corporate policies.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or Psychology.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Capable of designing and managing training and career development programs.
Experience leading organizational development, strategy planning, or HR transformation projects.
Fluent in Mongolian and English (written and verbal).
Proficient in computer and HR management software (HRIS).
Previous HR leadership experience in the mining, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
Familiarity with corporate HR systems and performance evaluation programs.
Strong business acumen and cultural awareness in diverse work environments.
