Position Overview
Our client is seeking a skilled Heavy Machinery Maintenance Planning Managerto oversee and coordinate maintenance operations for mining equipment. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of heavy machinery used in mining operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing maintenance schedules, managing spare parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
Mandatory probationary period with a duration of 3 months. Employment continuation and final salary will be determined at the end of this probationary period.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement maintenance plans for heavy machinery.- Create and manage maintenance schedules in coordination with operational teams.
- Monitor equipment performance and prepare technical reports.
- Manage spare parts inventory and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations departments to minimize downtime.
- Present maintenance strategies and performance updates to management.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
Qualifications
