Requirements:
Our client is looking for a qualified Camp Manager to oversee and maintain safety, operations, and team coordination at mining project sites. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure compliance with occupational safety and engineering standards.
The recruit will begin employment in a probationary period with a duration of 3 months. Final salary and continuation will be determined based on performance evaluation at the end of this probationary period.
Ensure occupational safety across all mining project operations.
Enforce and monitor workplace safety procedures and regulations.
Supervise project schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and prepare assessments.
Identify and manage potential workplace risks.
Maintain proper operation of equipment, vehicles, and machinery.
Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees.
Prepare work reports and cost estimates.
Oversee project budgets and expenditure plans.
Strengthen communication and coordination among project team members.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in mining, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of occupational safety standards and regulations.
Familiarity with technical equipment and machinery operations.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities.
Good command of English.
Proficient with computer software applications.
